I got my mom started in the gym at age 57 and she worked out 5-6

days weekly up until 6 months prior to her passing. She called the

gym her "lifesaver" as it gave her lots of joy. She was so proud of her

toned arms and increased strength. My mom experienced a lot of

sadness in her life with her son, sisters, and friends passing away

too soon, but she remained positive and she was an inspiration to

many. The picture is my mom and I on her last Birthday. She always

looked so beautiful and was a classy lady. My mom was my bestie and

I miss her every day in every way.
